We are an intercultural, Indigenous- and mestizo-led foundation focused on strengthening identity, autonomy and sustainable development in Ecuadorian communities.

A Vision Rooted in Identity

Fundación Kyllkay is a plurinational, intercultural, and community-driven foundation led by Indigenous and mestizo professionals in Ecuador. We work to reduce inequality through programs that strengthen cultural identity, promote community autonomy, and support sustainable development. Our actions are rooted in ancestral knowledge, solidarity, and justice.

CEO | Founder

Psychologist and political sociologist, founder and director of Kyllkay. He leads intercultural development projects with a vision rooted in ancestral wisdom and innovation.

Tarina Quinchiguango

Co-founder | Project Director

Nutritionist and public health researcher. Designs culturally grounded strategies that blend ancestral knowledge with science.

Kuntur Muenala Terán

Co-founder | Data & Research Analyst

Mathematician and AI expert. Co-founded Kyllkay to make data meaningful for social transformation in Indigenous territories.
